Our Beginning
Carnation Early Learning Center was started in January of 2019 by our founder, Hayley Morales, M.Ed. Our name, Carnation Early Learning Center, speaks volumes to the resiliency of children and their ability to persevere in the face of adversity. Carnation was also the favorite flower of Hayley’s late grandmother, Barbara Helminiak.
Our Mission
Carnation Early Learning Center is dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and enriching environment where every child can grow, learn, and thrive. We believe that early childhood is a critical time for development, and we are committed to preparing each child for Kindergarten and beyond through a blend of Montessori principles and play-based learning.
Equally important is the trust families place in us. We honor that trust by fostering open communication, encouraging transparency, and welcoming parents into our center at any time. We work closely with families, striving to be flexible and supportive partners in their child’s early education journey.
