can you accommodate part time schedules?

Yes, we work with part-time schedules for all age groups depending on availability. We classify part-time as 3 days or less, and days must stay consistent week-to-week.

how do i get on the waiting list?

Contact us to get on the waiting list. Be sure to include the following information in your form submission: Child’s name and DOB, parent(s) name(s) and contact information, desired start date, and desired schedule. While we continuously add to our waiting list, the waiting list is not a guarantee for enrollment.

how do I enroll?

Contact us to schedule a tour. At the tour, you’ll get a chance to see the center, meet the administrator and staff, and ask any questions that you may have. At the tour, we will discuss enrollment and registration if there is availability.

how are you keeping my child safe?

Both locations have a secured entry, and are locked to all visitors. Parents have full entry into the facility, and any visitors picking up your child must show ID. Both locations have security cameras in the classrooms and playground.

how do i know what my child is doing each day?

Both locations use the Brightwheel app, which allows you to see updates on your child’s day in real time. You are also able to message teachers and administrators directly through the app.

what are your scheduled closures? do you close for weather?

We are closed for the following holidays: New Years’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We remain open when the local school district is closed, and both locations only close for weather when Lucas County reaches a Level 3 Snow Emergency.

do you accept subsidy payments?

Yes, both of our locations accept subsidy payments. You must receive subsidy assistance for the state in which the center is located (you cannot use Ohio subsidy payments at the Lambertville location, and vice versa).
