Justine Mchugh

Justine has been with us since our center opened! She had experience with child care prior to working at Carnation Early Learning Center. Justine is our director at our Toledo location. Justine’s favorite thing about working at Carnation is being able to watch our students grow from each classroom and seeing the bonds they create with each teacher.

Genifer Hopkins

Genifer is our Pre-K lead teacher and is new to Carnation. Although she is new to us, she is not new to childcare. She has three years of prior experience and a Bachelor's degree. We are excited to have her join our team!

Katie Badenhop

Katie is our current lead Pre-School teacher. Katie has been with us for two years and has several years of child care experience prior. Katie’s favorite thing about working at Carnation is helping students learn and grow not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. Katie also loves the camaraderie between staff and enjoys that she can work with others who value the kids above all else just as much as she does.

Bridgette Mitchell

Bridgette is our Toddler lead teacher and has been with us for almost two years. Prior to working with us, Bridgette worked many years in childcare and completed various education classes. Her favorite part about working at Carnation is being able to be safe place for students and watching them grow.
